Transferring a non-mobile ticket

If you purchased a ticket on a non-mobile device, follow this process to transfer a ticket. This process must be done on a computer.

Go to and log in to your account.

Once logged in, you’ll see the following page. Click the “View” link next to That Thing at the Cabin NINE.

Scroll down to the ticket you want changed and click the “Change Name” link

Once the name is changed, the ticket is transferred.
