Gate Times:

Wednesday 2 pm – 8 pm
Thursday 10 am – 10 pm
Friday 10 am – 8 pm (8 – 10 by appointment ONLY!)
Saturday By appointment ONLY, from 10 am – 4 pm

You MUST arrive during our gate times!
We haven’t planned the exact gate times yet. Check back, we’ll post them well in advance.
Although we plan to have gate hours until 10 pm on Thursday and Friday nights, there will be ZERO driving into the grounds after 8 pm, and we will provide the transport necessary from the gate to your campsite for you and your stuff, so that there are NO attendee cars driving around the event after dark.

Parking:
When you arrive, our greeters will greet you and provide instructions at that time. No re-entry to the event.

We allow people to drive into the event grounds, drop off your stuff, then move your vehicle to a parking lot, with specific directions from volunteers. Your vehicle pass will state your specific allotted time (1 hour or less) to have your vehicle in the grounds for dropping off your stuff, and then move, parking your car for the duration of the event, with your vehicle pass prominently displayed in your car, in the parking lot.

Camping:
Primitive camping in grassy, wooded areas. Sorry, no private campfires and no car camping. Theme camps, sound spaces, and Center Camp are all part of our large community space. Fires at your camp must be in an elevated fire barrel. Leave no burn scars on the ground.

No potable water or power available onsite. Porta johns will be provided.

RV Camping:
A limited number of RV tickets will be sold and must be purchased along with a ticket to the event. NO POWER. RVs will be on grass, not gravel.

Leave No Trace:
You will be responsible for ALL of your own trash and recycling. No public trash cans will be provided at this event. Plan to take your trash and recycling back to your own camp and take it with you when you leave. Leave no trace means LEAVE NO TRACE!

BRING YOUR OWN REUSABLE CUP! Bring it to the bars with you. Bars always end up with tons of trash, you should offer to take some of their trash home with you! That sure would be nice.

Fire Performance/Conclave:
All fire performers are required to provide your own props, fuel, and safety equipment. A safety watch is required during any and all fire performance. Experienced and sober fire performers only.
To perform with the Fire Conclave before the Effigy burn, you MUST attend the safety meeting/rehearsal at 4:33 pm on Saturday at Center Camp. You must bring your own props and fuel. The Fire Conclave will perform at 10:33 for about 15 minutes, just prior to the effigy burn.

Exodus:
The event closes at noon on Sunday and we need our attendees to depart no later than 1 pm.

Volunteering
Now it is time to participate! When the volunteer link is posted, here is where the link for volunteer spots for TTATC 11 will be. Get them while they are hot! The only way to know people is to get to know them, and the best way is by interacting. Gate, parking, infrastructure, etc. See you there!
