Go to promotix.com/ and log in. *If you can’t log in, you might need to create an account. Did you create an account? If you have and cannot log in, try a password reset.
1) Click “My Purchases“
2) Click the 3 ellipses next to the ticket to be transferred and click “Make a transfer“
Click the “Transfer this item” button to enter the details of the ticket receiver
Enter the details of the ticket receiver and click the “Transfer Ticket” button
Note: If a ticket has been transferred once, the option to “make a transfer” may be missing from the drop down menu. The ticket can still be transferred by clicking the “edit customer details” option instead and updating the information with the ticket receiver’s information.
